The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Internationals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability will be limited to the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).
